Why Organisations Choose Statera
Awareness That Works Alongside Your Advisors
Our materials are designed to complement professional guidance, not to substitute for it — positioning your staff to engage more productively with internal and external compliance support.
Structured Module Format
Each programme follows a deliberate sequence — context, concept, scenario, reference — so participants retain the material rather than just completing it.
Suited to Mid-Sized Organisations
Designed with the realities of Malaysian mid-market operations in mind — no enterprise budget required, no generic multinational templates.
Printable Reference Materials
Participants leave each session with a tangible summary card — a physical anchor that reinforces key points beyond the screen.
Consistent Cadence
The quarterly subscription model removes the planning burden from HR teams — materials arrive on schedule, ready to assign.
Adaptable to Your Context
The in-house build engagement produces materials mapped to your organisation's specific industry, size, and existing internal culture.
Team Discussion Ready
Optional discussion guides allow managers to turn individual learning into team conversations without requiring a facilitated session.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Practical information about how our programmes are structured and delivered.
Are these programmes a substitute for professional compliance advice?
No. Our materials are awareness resources — document templates, educational content, and programme frameworks. They are designed to work alongside guidance from your organisation's qualified advisors, legal counsel, or compliance officers. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for it.
How is the new-hire orientation delivered to our staff?
The Awareness Orientation for New Hires is an online, self-paced programme. HR administrators can assign it during onboarding. Each module is approximately 20 minutes and includes reflection prompts and a printable reference card. Staff complete it at their own pace on any device.
What topics does the quarterly refresher cover?
Topics rotate across the 12-month subscription and include data handling habits, supplier integrity expectations, conflict-of-interest disclosure practices, and respectful workplace behaviour. The rotation ensures broad coverage without repeating the same material each quarter.
What does the in-house programme build consulting engagement involve?
Our consultant works with your HR and operations leads to assess existing materials, identify content gaps, and propose a structured calendar of in-house sessions. The final deliverable is a written programme plan and a starter library of reference materials adapted to your industry context. Engagement scope is agreed before commencement.
Is the pricing per organisation or per staff member?
The Awareness Orientation (RM 540) and the Quarterly Refresher subscription (RM 1,950/year) are organisation-level licences within agreed staff count ranges. The In-House Build engagement (RM 4,200) is a fixed consulting fee. Contact us to discuss arrangements that fit your team size.
Can we start with the orientation and add the refresher subscription later?
Yes. Each programme is available independently. Many organisations begin with the new-hire orientation to establish a baseline, then add the quarterly subscription to maintain momentum. The in-house build engagement can also be undertaken at any stage to formalise an organisation's internal approach.
