Programmes & Solutions
Three Formats, One
Consistent Approach
Whether you need a one-time onboarding module, a rolling subscription, or a fully designed internal programme — Statera has a structured format to fit.
Return to HomeOur Methodology
How We Design and Deliver Awareness Content
All Statera programmes follow the same underlying design logic: establish context first, introduce the concept at an appropriate depth, anchor it with a realistic scenario, and close with a reference the participant can consult later. This sequence is consistent across all three formats and is what distinguishes structured awareness content from a list of policy statements.
Our delivery approach is non-facilitated by design. Materials are built to be assigned by HR administrators without requiring a trained facilitator to present them. This keeps the overhead low and allows organisations to maintain awareness cadence without scheduling workshops or retaining a facilitator on staff.
Needs Assessment
For consulting engagements: review existing materials, interview HR and operations leads, map current gaps against the organisation's sector context.
Content Scoping and Design
Module topics, sequence, and depth are agreed before content development begins. A written scope prevents scope creep and gives HR a clear delivery roadmap.
Content Development and Review
All content is drafted, reviewed against current Malaysian guidance documentation, and checked for tone and accessibility before release.
Delivery and Ongoing Support
Programmes are delivered on schedule. Subscription clients receive new modules quarterly. All clients have a named support contact for the duration of their engagement.

Delivery Standards
Standards That Apply Across All Programmes
Educational Framing
All materials include a clear disclosure that content is for awareness and educational purposes — not professional, legal, or advisory services. This framing is consistent across every module and deliverable.
PDPA-Aligned Data Handling
Participant data is held in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do not use participant completion data for marketing or share it with third parties without consent.
Content Review Cycle
All programme content is reviewed before each delivery cycle. When Malaysian workplace standards or guidance shift, relevant modules are updated before being assigned to new participants.
Written Scope for Consulting
Every consulting engagement begins with a written scope of work agreed by both parties. This document defines what is included, what is not, how the deliverables will be presented, and the timeline for completion.
Named Client Contact
Every organisation has a named contact at Statera throughout their programme engagement — not a support queue or a general inbox. Queries are addressed by a person familiar with the client's situation.
Malaysia-Relevant Content
All scenarios, references, and terminology are developed with Malaysian workplace practice in mind. Content is not adapted from overseas material — it is written for the Malaysian mid-market context from the outset.
